No. Signals can’t be deleted, the pair, direction and time a signal was provided are locked the moment it is published, and a result can be set only once. Stop loss and take profit can be adjusted on an open trade (and the entry only before a pending order triggers), but every change is time-stamped and shown on the signal, and R is always measured against the stop loss in place when the trade was triggered.
In R, the multiple of the amount risked. A stop loss is -1R; a take profit pays the signal’s risk-to-reward ratio, so a 1:2.5 signal that hits TP is +2.5R. Each result also shows how long the trade took.
